Our Current Coaches
Our coaches are flushed with years of experience in the provision of private tuition. Their key attributes include: (i) dedication to the students, (ii) patience in dealing with the weaker students, and (iii) possessing a high level of engagement with the students. At Ace Brainery, we strongly see the need for a connection between the tutor and the student so that effective tuition sessions are possible. In the course of their teaching journeys, many students have been able achieve their desired academic results, which was once regarded as a distant dream.
Desmond is the Head Coach for Ace Brainery. A chemist by training, he first obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) with First Class in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009. The university subsequently awarded him with the President’s Graduate Fellowship to pursue his post graduate studies. Desmond graduated with his M.Sc. (Research) in Chemistry from NUS in 2012. He was also awarded a teaching award by NUS in 2010. Desmond firmly sees the need for a solid connection with his students, before he can truly engage them in Chemistry to arouse their interest.
